This page describes the planned SMS/text-message rules for order inquiries, pickup updates, delivery review, and support messages if SMS is enabled later.
Program purpose
SMS may be used to respond to customer inquiries, confirm pickup timing, request missing order details, provide delivery-review updates, or send service-related notices.
Consent
Customers should only receive SMS messages after providing a phone number and agreeing to be contacted. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of making an in-store purchase.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency may vary by customer request. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer mobile carrier plan.
Opt out and help
A future SMS connection should support standard HELP and STOP instructions. Until SMS is formally connected, customers can contact Hopewell Mall Plaza for messaging questions.
